Choose the separate-pages ZIP option when you need one file per page. Extracting pages is different from splitting one scanned spread into left and right halves.

Choose one combined extract when the recipient needs a chapter or a set of attachments. Choose the ZIP option when each selected page needs its own file. Ranges follow file positions starting at 1, and selected pages follow the order you enter: 6, 2-3 produces source pages 6, 2 and 3. Repeated selections are included once. This selects complete pages; it does not cut a scanned two-page spread into left and right halves.
Can I select nonconsecutive pages?
Yes. Separate page numbers or ranges with commas, for example 1, 4-6, 9.
Can I extract PDF pages in a custom order?
Yes. Choose Selected pages in one PDF and enter 6, 2-3 to place page 6 before pages 2 and 3. Use file positions, not printed page labels. Repeated selections are included only once.
