Merge follows the file list from top to bottom and keeps the pages inside each source in their existing order. A portrait report and a landscape appendix keep their own page dimensions. To include only part of a source, extract those pages with Split PDF first; to rearrange pages after merging, open the result in Organize PDF. Keep original copies of interactive forms and digitally signed documents because copying pages can change form behavior or invalidate signatures.
Can I change the file order?
Yes. Use the move up and move down controls beside each file before merging.
Can I merge PDFs with different page sizes and orientations?
Yes. A4, Letter, portrait and landscape pages can share one PDF. Each page keeps its original dimensions and rotation. Merging does not resize every page to the same paper size.
Is there a file limit?
Each file can be up to 50 MB. A batch is limited to 20 files and 150 MB total to protect browser memory.
